The Dune Control app transforms your mobile phone or tablet into a sophisticated remote control for managing your Dune HD media players and set-top-boxes.
Main features:
- Remote:
- Fully replaces the standard IR remote control.
- Connects to the local network via Wi-Fi.
- Automatically discovers Dune HD devices on the local network.
- Enables control of multiple Dune HD devices and seamless switching between them.
- Navigator (*):
- Browse and select media content through Dune UI displayed directly on your mobile device.
- Access local and network sources, Favorites, Recent, My Collection, Movies, PHP plugins, etc.
- The menu on the mobile device mirrors that shown on the TV screen.
- Type text into text fields in Dune UI using your mobile device's native keyboard.
- View photos from the Dune HD device on your mobile device in photo viewer mode and control photo slideshows.
- Now Playing (*):
- View details about the currently playing media content, including movie posters, titles, music covers, album/artist/track info (where available).
- Manage playback functions (play/pause, stop, previous/next, playback position, volume).
(*) Navigator and Now Playing features are exclusively compatible with the latest generation of Dune HD devices (beginning with Dune HD Neo 4K) with firmware version 190330_0254_r13 or higher.
